Since 2022, the place belongs to us as a private apartment, not to hotel management. ?? Our apartment has:~ Directly Seaview with tea table and chairs.~ Sofa set and HDTV with selected cables channels, books and magazines.~ Kitchen with refrigerator, microwaves, hot water kettle, cooking stove and cooking utensils, high table and high chairs.~ Kingsize bed. Wardrobe with security box.~ Big restroom with essential amenities.~ Paid washers and dryers are located in the basement.~ Available amenities: hair dryer, clothes hangers.?? The building where the apartment is located in the center of Da Nang beach. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to participate in masses music parties, music clubs, and vibrant bars. However, this will be an uncomfortable for light sleeper. You should consider that before booking!Guest access?? You will have your entire apartment with a living area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and one bedroom with a closed bathroom. ?? ROOM CLEANING:As the homestay, we don’t apply the room cleaning every day as a hotel. If you want to room cleaning, change the bedsheets and towels, please text us 1 day in advance. The fees will be applied.?? TOWELS:- We supply 02 towels/per guest. If possible please wash them and hang them to dry after use.- Please do not use towels for cleaning make-up, or wipe the dirt or water on the floor. Any damaged or stained towel will be charged 150,000 VND/towel.??
