Our apartment is centrally located in one of the most vibrant areas of Da Nang, offering a pleasant stay close to the city’s best attractions and activities. In such a vibrant location, you may hear loud noises from nearby events or festivals – this is common in all beachfront accommodation, including 4–5 star hotels in the area, the noise will usually end by 10:30pm. You just need to close the windows to limit the noise in the apartment.Buffet breakfast is not included in the room rates. Please do not check-in at the hotel reception desk. The room manager will welcome guests at the lobby on the first floor of the building and assist you with check-in. Please notify check-in time 1 day in advance for the best service!Please kindly turn off electrical appliances before you go out, please close doors and windows while the air conditioning is on.- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, a cleaning fee of VND 2500000 per day will apply if you smoke in the room.- Please respect quiet hours after 10pm.- Do not use towels to remove makeup, a fee of VND 100,000 will apply for each towel misused. -As this is a privately owned apartment, the reception staff will not be able to assist in opening the door if you lose your keys.
