The apartment is suitable for family up to 5 guests in 1 Kingsize size bed + 2 single beds + 1 big sofa and has 01 extra small mattress suitable for children.• Kitchen and dining: Fully equipped with fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, stovetop so you can prepare your favorite meals with ease. Please inform the check-in time 1 day in advance for the best support.Our apartment is located in one of the most vibrant areas of Da Nang, offering a pleasant stay close to the best attractions and activities of the city. In such a vibrant location, you may occasionally hear sounds from nearby events or festivals – this is common in all beachfront properties, including 4–5 star hotels in the area. You just need to close the connecting door to the balcony to maintain the tranquility in the apartment.We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we kindly ask you to note the following:- The apartment is privately owned so you will not check in at the front desk and the receptionist will not be able to assist you to open the door in case you drop the key. The new key making fee is 200000 VND for each lost key, so please keep the key carefully. Your understanding is appreciative.- Please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise down, especially during quiet hours.- We will need you to present your government ID when you check in, which is required by Da Nang authorities.- Please do not smoke inside the apartment. Cleaning rate 2500000 VND per day will apply in case you smoke inside the apartment.- Only registered guests when booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. As per local authority regulations, you need to show your Passport to register your stay when you check in.
